The Board of Directors of Instabank ASA has called an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 6 November 2026 at 12:00 CET.
KPMG AS, the Company’s current auditor, has reached the maximum engagement period of ten years for auditors of public interest entities. The Board therefore proposes that the General Meeting elect Deloitte AS as the Company’s new external auditor.
The record date is 30 October 2026, and the deadline for registering attendance, advance votes, and proxies is 4 November 2026 at 16:00 CET.
