Instabank ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Instabank ASA
(the "Company") on 4 May 2023 regarding the successful completion of a private
placement raising approximately NOK 70 million in gross proceeds (the "Private
Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the
Company's new share capital is NOK 377,228,026, divided into 377,228,026 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
