DO YOU WANT TO WORK WITH B2B CREDIT WHERE PACE AND QUALITY TRULY MATTER?
Instabank is building a strong position within B2B lending, particularly towards SMEs and real estate. We are now strengthening our credit team and are looking for a Nordic B2B underwriter/credit analyst who is comfortable with responsibility and decision‑making across the Nordics. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Credit assessment of B2B customers (SMEs and real estate) in Norway and Finland

  • Analysis of financial statements, cash flow and collateral

  • Structuring loans with and without security

  • Close collaboration with commercial teams

  • Contributing to the development of credit policies and processes

  • Direct and indirect customer contact, follow up as well as key account management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

  • Has experience from credit, banking or finance within B2B

  • Has strong financial statement analysis skills

  • Is analytical, structured and pragmatic

  • Thrives in a high‑pace, performance‑driven environment

  • Knows and loves technology
  • Preferably speaks Norwegian and Finnish fluently.

  • Har utdanning innen økonomi/finans (en fordel, ikke et krav)
