Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Eivind Sverdrup, Chief Compliance Officer in Instabank ASA, has on February 23rd 2021 bought 45,000 shares in Instabank ASA at a price of NOK 1.55 per share. Following this transaction, Eivind Sverdrup owns, privately and through his wholly owned company Leirin Holding AS, a total of 4,448,833 shares in Instabank ASA.
